The Race Equality Foundation (REF) is a UK-based charity committed to challenging racism and transforming the lives of Black, Asian, and minoritised ethnic communities. I’ve had the privilege of working with this forward-thinking organisation for several years, developing insightful and purposeful design work that contributes to their vision of a society free from racism.
